To minimise waiting for everybody and to allow adequate time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate an appointment system. Emergency cases will always receive top priority, which is why an occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please be assured that we make a sincere attempt to see every client on time.
Patient Arrival Policy
For the safety of all animals in our care, we recommend that routine vaccinations be up to date, especially before elective procedures. Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. This is one of the reasons we ask you to restrain your pet. We recommend that all pets are kept on a short lead or in a pet carrier before entering the waiting room.
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered (i.e.at the time of the consultation or on discharge). For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit cards, cash and personal cheques (but only up to the limit supported by a guarantee card). If the fee is estimated to be over £200 we normally request 50% payment at the start of treatment.
