Please note that if you leave the scheme within the first year (12 monthly payments), when we work out any refunds or monies owed it is on our STANDARD and NOT our discounted fees. If you have overpaid we will issue a credit, if you have underpaid we will invoice you accordingly. Also no refunds are available for any products or services to which your pet is entitled that have not been claimed. After the first 12 months any calculations are done at the discounted rates but going back only to the last anniversary of joining the scheme. It is a rolling contract but you can leave the scheme at any time.
